Once you get started doing... (fill in the blank) it will be a breeze. Well, it may not always be a breeze, but you will never know unless you start. So the point is, JUST START. You may have been procrastinating about an idea you have, OR taking "the next step," OR starting over afresh, OR starting something for the very first time. Don't let fear of the unknown (or known) cripple your ability and determination to start... don't let the voices of doubters cloud your mind either. You have what it takes to get going. JUST START!
There are so many things... You can start to read that book you have been meaning to for the longest time; OR enroll for that course/class; OR go to the gym; OR closing that chapter from your past; OR developing that friendship or relationship; OR starting that business/company you have been dreaming about all these days, months or years. Whatever you have in your heart and mind, get started. You may have a lot of things you want to achieve or just get done and may sometimes (or often) feel overwhelmed just by thinking about it and wanting to get all of them done... that you never start anything. That's not going to work or help you progress in life. You will always be where you wish you weren't unless you JUST START.
It's time to put a plan in place... or revive that plan you already have... and JUST START with one thing. Start TODAY. No matter how big/significant or small/insignificant whatever you start is, it will be your success once you start. The first big success is to get started! Don't be in the habit of starting things and then never seeing them through to the end/completion. Not knowing what life will throw at you,:obstacles, challenges, delays, etc. may come your way. Even the Bible reminds us that God will make a way: "Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert."— Isaiah 43:19
Don't be derailed and leave what you have started... always finish strong. Develop the habit of completing what you start no matter how long it takes. BUT... don't intentionally drag it either! FINISH STRONG!
