Take A Chance!

Everyday you wake up, you never really know what the day will be like. You may have plans, "structure" or a schedule of what the day may be like or what you hope it will be. But, truth be told, we just never know how the day will really pan out because things can change in an instant and turn your life or world "upside down" and then you simply have to adjust. That may be tough to do, but you have to do what you need to do to move forward. So, instead of worrying about what could go wrong, or stressing about how things should go--perfectly--please relax and take a chance. I'm talking about taking a chance to live with reckless abandonment. Not reckless as in "being irresponsible" about the choices you make and the way you live your life, but reckless abandonment that leads to living life freely to the fullest, without self-inflicted stress.

This is life... so, there is often a decision(s) that needs to be made, maybe about a big or small change coming up in your life and you are probably overthinking about it all. Take a chance--go for it! What are you waiting for? You may have been waiting for long enough already--remember, wise choices only! You be the judge of your life's wise choices :). Besides, what's the worst that could happen if you actually try and go for it? You will never know whether taking that chance or risk is (was) worth it unless you take a step of faith and go for it. If anything else, you might hold yourself and/or other people back and have to experience the pain of regret: "if only I..." OR "if only you..." OR "if only we..." Random thought: Don't live under someone else's shadow!

Again, I repeat, I'm not encouraging you to act foolishly and irresponsible about anything. This is an encouragement for you to take a chance to maybe make yourself a better person (friend, spouse, parent, child) or have a more rewarding life/experience. Imagine the joy that will come from the positive change that will result from you taking a chance. So, if you ever find yourself frustrated or bent out of shape about something, don't just sit (or stand) there! TAKE A CHANCE. Life is too short to always be second-guessing yourself. Don't let fear or obvious limitations keep you from taking a chance. It may be a risk, but unless you take a chance, you will never know if it will pay off... TAKE A CHANCE!
